Support across 4 countries (FR, GE, UK, SP) and 2 Airbus Division, for over 1200 endpoints (Cisco and Polycom).
IPT, Jabber, WebEx
Doing support of 5 Leaf Clusters for Airbus Commercial Aircraft and 2 Leaf Clusters for Airbus Helicopters.
Which inlude:
Over 80.000 registered IP Phones
Over 75.000 registered Jabber sessions
Over 110.000 Active users on 3 WebEx servers
(more than 800 simultaneous WebEx meeting with more than 4500 simultaneous users).
1 week per month on Duty.

Administering 3 Tiger Prism Tool on 2018.R2 version,
