Part of the team that was monitoring Airbus Commercial Aircraft Network in Europe (France, Germany, UK, Spain).
But also monitoring WAN, servers flooding the DNS,
access to aggregation trunk, …
Alert creation for the customer, alerting incident management.
Incident resolution
Part of the team that is processing users incidents:
– Physical security devices incident (camera, Evolynx, Laser or UTL)
– Datacenter related incident
(primary checks for servers issue on datacenter access switch)
– Wifi related incident (coverage issue, access issue)
– LAN related incident (authentication issue, Network latency, …)
– Remote access related incident (primary checks for nomad (VPN),
splunk logs check for AXESS, access rights check for Cerbere)
(AXESS = Airbus eXtended Enterprise Secured Services is a specific office in a compagny with dedicated WAN link to Airbus.)
– Internet browsing related incident (proxy error, internet access right, …)
– Firewall related incident (primary checks, flow analysis)
Additional project
Migration of Security camera for Airbus Europe.
I was the point of contact for the network part of the project to migrate all security camera (FR, SP, GE, UK).
My role was to:
– Configure the camera (Infoblox, NAC/ISE)
– Configure access, aggregation or distribution switch
– Assist onsite team to make sure the cameras are working
– Inform the customer of the progress
